    • On working days, we commit to replying to customer inquiries within 12 hours to enhance efficiency and communication quality.
  • During Production

    Quality critical points are established throughout the production process of each product. Examples include the tension test and speed test for safety gears, as well as the rated speed test for speed limiters. The entire process is fully transparent and traceable.

  • Delivery & Logistics
    • The lead time is 7 days for standard products and 14 days for non-standard customized products, with industry-leading efficiency.
    • We support multiple delivery terms (FCA/FOB/EXW Shanghai) and dedicated express services for urgent projects (such as DHL, FedEx, and air freight).
  • After-sales Service

    Our engineering team can provide remote technical support, installation guidance, and comprehensive technical documentation.
