When the running speed of the car (safety clamp, safety clamp lever, speed limiter wire rope, speed limiter wheel) is greater than or equal to 115% of the rated speed, the speed limiter acts, and the brake rope block presses the speed limiter wire rope to stop running, and drives the safety clamp lever to make the safety clamp action.
