The LOG03B machine-roomless elevator governor lift safety device utilizes a centrifugal swing-mass structure. Through dual mechanical and electrical control mechanisms, it ensures rapid activation of the safety gear in the event of an elevator overspeed or abnormal operation, effectively preventing elevator falls.
Designed specifically for machine-room-less elevators, the LOG03B machine-roomless elevator governor lift safety device is suitable for installation at the top or side of the elevator shaft, eliminating the need for a traditional machine room and facilitating installation and maintenance. It accepts both 220VAC and 24VDC input voltages, offering excellent compatibility and flexibility.
The centrifugal swing-mass structure uses centrifugal force to drive the swing-mass, triggering the safety switch, disconnecting the elevator power supply, and triggering the safety gear for emergency braking.
The LOG03B speed governor is widely used in machine-room-less elevator systems, particularly in space-constrained environments such as residential elevators and commercial buildings. Its compact design and efficient performance make it a vital component of modern elevator safety systems.
