The core function of the LHB-E series hydraulic elevator buffer is to achieve smooth deceleration and stop of the car or counterweight by absorbing impact energy when the elevator fails, thereby ensuring the safety of passengers and equipment. This series of buffers uses advanced hydraulic technology to provide reliable buffering protection when the elevator falls out of control, and is an indispensable last line of defense in the elevator safety system. The working principle of the LHB-E series hydraulic buffer is based on the damping effect of the hydraulic system. When the elevator car or counterweight falls rapidly due to a fault, the piston rod that hits the buffer is compressed, and the hydraulic oil is squeezed in the cylinder and flows out through the throttle hole into the oil storage chamber. As the stroke decreases, the throttle hole gradually closes, thereby achieving linear deceleration of the moving object, so that the car or counterweight decelerates smoothly and finally stops when it approaches the end of the stroke. This design ensures that the braking force is basically constant during the buffering process, avoiding damage to passengers due to excessive impact force. The LHB-E series hydraulic buffer is mainly composed of the following parts: Cylinder: used to hold hydraulic oil and piston, it is the main structural component of the buffer. Piston: Moves in the cylinder and compresses the hydraulic oil when impacted by external force to achieve a buffering effect. Hydraulic oil: Usually L-HM46 model hydraulic oil is used, and the oil injection volume is about 0.72-0.78 liters, depending on the model. Throttle holes: Distributed inside the cylinder, control the flow speed of the hydraulic oil to achieve a linear deceleration effect. Reset spring: Pushes the piston back to its original position when the buffer is not impacted, ready for the next action. Seal: Ensures that the hydraulic oil does not leak during the buffering process and prevents external impurities from entering. Easy maintenance: LHB-E series buffers do not require frequent maintenance, just check the hydraulic oil level and seal status regularly to ensure its normal operation.
