LHB175D oil buffer lift safety part is an energy-absorbing device that absorbs and releases energy through hydraulic principles. Its main components include a shaft, piston, hydraulic oil, spring, inner tube, and outer tube. When an elevator car or counterweight descends uncontrollably, it impacts the buffer's rubber cushion. The impact forces the plunger downward, compressing the hydraulic oil in the cylinder and causing it to rapidly flow through the orifice into the plunger cavity. The sudden reduction in the orifice's area creates eddy currents as the oil flows through the orifice. This creates a significant amount of heat, which is converted into heat and dissipated, thereby dissipating the energy applied by the elevator car or counterweight, bringing it to a stop.
